DELTA : REDEFINING A BRAND

I had the pleasure of working with Lippincott to rebrand Delta Airlines. Modern and sophisticated, the refreshed brand demanded a new visual identity to communicate its renewed energy and redesigned customer experience. We created a dynamic supergraphic to signify Delta's expanding global reach, leveraging it across various touchpoints to communicate the evolution of
the brand.

RAPT STUDIOS : A FALLACY

I directed seven different videos for screen savers created for the conference rooms of Rapt Studio San Francisco offices. The conference rooms were each named after a unique fallacy; Ad Populum, Kettle Logic, Circular Reasoning, Slippery Slope, Red Herring, If By Whiskey, and Vacuous Truth. I had the pleasure of working with the amazing illustrator, Simon Landrien, to create each of these unique screen savers. Enjoy!

ZYNGA LIVE : INVITING USER EXPERIENCE AND BRAND TO PLAY TOGETHER

We created a fun and approachable user experience for Zynga Live that focuses on realtime interactive exchanges. The branding is made up letter forms derived from basic shapes that communicate the brand positioning of “Inviting Play”. Through the use of elementary shapes and bright colors, we created an identity which maintains unique characteristics and resonates core behaviors: nowness, challenge, player respect and serendipity.

ATT : VISUALIZING NEW FRONTIERS IN COMMUNICATION

The concept of “The Explorer in All of Us” provides AT&T with a platform to express the ways technology enriches our lives. These various campaigns focused on creating a human perspective through the artful communication of personal storytelling. Engaging photography and strategic visuals help weave together an emotive and provocative narrative.

LEGITIMUTT : DESIGNING A FASHION-FORWARD BRAND FOR FIDO

Legitimutt offers glam products for pups that appeal to the sensibilities of their design-conscious owners. The branding reflects the tongue-in-cheek sensibility of the company name and the system maintains a whimsical fashion-forward approach.

KIRK PALMER ASSOCIATES : PASSIONATE ABOUT PEOPLE

Kirk Palmer Associates gets the real deal on candidates, providing deep industry insight and perspective during the search process by leveraging their relationships. The brand concept explores the idea of conversation, collaboration and partnership demonstrating the idea that KPA is truly in the people business. The visual system links symbols and words, adding a unique personality and wit to this approachable straight-shooting brand.

CHEF’D : COOK LIKE THE PROS, AT HOME

Chef’d is an online meal kit delivery service that uses professional chef created recipes with the freshest ingredients delivered directly to your home. The creative exploratory consisted of four different concepts which take into account various strategic territories centered around a specific brand promise: enjoyment, empowerment, quality, and learning.

Brookfield

Brookfield was looking for strategic positioning and a system refresh. With a strategic platform of combining head and heart, it pushed thinking and technology to deliver the numbers that matter, and success that counts. Brookfield unleashes the beauty in data and passion in performance.

TIMEX : CREATING THE SEVEN-DAY WEEKENDER

With an identity that was previously developed by Timex, the challenge was to create a compelling system and image treatment to bring the Timex Weekender collection to market. The campaign concept of the “Seven-Day Weekender” conveys the idea that Timex helps people bring their casual weekend style to their daily lives. It targets fashion-forward consumers and visualizes how the collection can help their personal expression shine.

Individually, Thomson and Reuters were leaders in the information business. Combining Thomson’s depth of knowledge across the professional world with the unparalleled news capabilities and financial expertise of Reuters, the stage was set for a new global power. Thomson Reuters gives business professionals around the world access to relevant information they can act on. It delivers intelligent, integral information along with the systems to use it, creating a knowledge platform that intuitively works to enable success. 
By better understanding and anticipating the needs of business professionals, intelligent information is not simply passive data; rather, it’s about empowering professionals to achieve at the highest level possible by delivering exactly what they need, when they need it.

FIVE WITS : ECO-FORWARD HAIR CARE GETS NOSTALGIC

This locally produced hair care line is hand-bottled at a unique refilling station in a Victorian themed New York City salon. The apothecary inspired identity and packaging create a nostalgic yet progressive experience. Together, they romanticize a by-gone era of personal attention, while supporting a modern movement towards conservation and environmental responsibility.

Much more than a local cafe, Here. is a business created to inspire a movement by offering a space where people can come together in community. The bold, fresh and optimistic brand system was designed to encourage involvement through inviting visuals and a compelling tone of voice. The brand was created to inspire consumers to take action by changing, learning, growing and giving back.

ROAD HOLLAND: A REFINED APPROACH TO CYCLING APPAREL

Road Holland makes serious and stylish cycling apparel that demands a seriously stylish brand identity. In contrast to the mass-produced cycling apparel that dominates the market, the identity communicates an understated elegance that suggests quality of craftsmanship. Straightforward and simple, the Road Holland tone of voice conveys a sophisticated and approachable message.

The challenge was to create an engaging brand book that communicates the Dell purpose and personality in a straightforward narrative. Bold and arresting graphics help to support candid messaging and deliver a concise brand experience.

Building modern custom motorcycles from existing vintage motorcycles, Cafe Fabrications is about craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail. The inspired identity helps to communicate Cafe Fabrications’ dedication to excellence and is symbolic of the transformation of something classic into something extraordinary.

A handcrafted experience, from decadent handmade chocolate to packaging with an artisan feel, it’s an event to savor and share. The identity strategy for this family owned company delivers a personal experience of discovery. The branding program invites consumers to indulge in the uniqueness of a freshly handcrafted product, from touch to taste.
